Sika Design Madame Outdoor Lounge Chair

The architects behind this chair are Nanna Ditzel and her husband Jørgen Ditzel. They designed the Madame chair in 1951 and their experimental approach to materials resulted in the shape of a shell. With its soft and feminine shapes, the name became Madame. The chair is part of Sika-Design’s ICONS collection, which consists exclusively of furniture designed by renowned designers.
